This map of Paris comes from another de Fer's map, engraved by P. Starckman, published for the first time in 1707 and dedicated - as the atlas in which is is displayed - to the duke of Bourgogne, grand son of Louix XIV and died in 1712. This plate is from the Dutch edition, in Amsterdam at Nicolaes Visscher's widow.
Plate: 560 x 750 mm.

Condition: small margins, some small tears in the margins and handling creases.
